Departmental Activities
Students’ Seminar: In 2017, the department had organized a Students’ Seminar. Name of the top three participants and their topics –
1st – Avirup Bhattacharjee (Under Water Communication Establishment)
2nd – Bidipta Biswas (Traffic Pulse Technology)
3rd – Sreyasi Paul (Artificial Neural Network)
Some of the other topics were Global System for Mobile Communication, Gesture Recognition, Google File System, Programmable 8253, 8086 and other advanced Microprocessors.
REUNION: On 9th September 2017, the first Reunion was held.
Wall Magazine: Topic for the Wall magazine: “My Hobby & Evaluation of Virtual Reality”
Special Lecture Organized By The Department: Prof. (Dr.) Soumya Sen from the Calcutta University was kind enough to deliver a speech on “Recent Trends in Data Analysis”.
The Compter Science Department in collaboration with Career Counseling Committee of this college organized a Seminar on ‘IoT’ on 10th November, in the Computer Science department.
